**All abstracts must be submitted by 3/15/2025**

Please take note before submission:

• The poster board size is 48" x 36".

• The poster abstract must be no more than one page. *See template above.

• At least one author per poster must register for the full conference. 

• The poster author(s) will be responsible for hanging their poster using the provided mounting materials. 

• The poster author(s) will be responsible for removing the poster at the end of the conference. 

• Best poster awardees will receive a certificate and gift card award at the closing ceremony.

• Please upload your abstract (one-page paper) through the registration form found below.
